Spicy Italian Sausage - aka Recipe #2

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Pork
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Cracked Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 2 tsp Paprika

Notes

Note:  Garlic and Onion Powders do not hold up well once mixed into the meat and frozen.  Look for about a 6 month life for them before their flavor starts fading.
